Vincy Mas 2026: Every Fete, Every Vibe, One Unforgettable Carnival

The energy at Vincy Mas 2026 was nothing short of electric. From the moment I landed, my itinerary was packed from sunrise to sunrise, with barely any time to catch my breath. Every event had its own unique atmosphere, and I had a carefully planned schedule to make sure I experienced as much of the carnival as possible. Here’s a look back at one unforgettable weekend in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Carnival Friday – Bliss SVG

The first event on my itinerary was Bliss SVG, one of the newer additions to the Vincy Mas carnival calendar. Held on Carnival Friday, this event proved that it deserves a permanent spot on everyone’s must attend list.

From the moment I walked in, the energy was infectious. The DJs kept the crowd moving all night, creating the perfect soundtrack to kick off the weekend. The highlight of the night was an electrifying performance by Problem Child, “The General,” who had the crowd singing every hit from beginning to end.

As a drinks-inclusive event, Bliss SVG delivered on every level. Great music, amazing people, and an atmosphere filled with positive vibes made it the perfect introduction to my Vincy Mas experience. To top it all off, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the night sky, adding an unforgettable finish to an already incredible event.

Saturday – Brunch & Soca

Saturday was all about one of the most anticipated all-inclusive events of Vincy Mas Brunch & Soca.

The afternoon didn’t start exactly as planned. Rain delayed our journey to the venue, and just as we arrived, another shower rolled through. Thankfully, the weather couldn’t dampen the excitement.

After entering, we collected our complimentary branded cups and headed straight to the food stations. The variety was impressive—everything from hearty main courses and pasta dishes to desserts, popcorn, and cotton candy.

J’Ouvert

The day officially began at midnight with Monday J’Ouvert, running until around 10:00 a.m.

We joined a private jump called Country Meet Town, which started in a parking lot in downtown Kingstown before making its way onto the streets.

Covered in paint, powder, and pure excitement, everyone celebrated together without a care in the world. Our package included a branded bag, paint, scarf, cup, and other goodies, making it well worth it.

As sunrise approached, the private jump merged onto the road, where everyone became part of one massive celebration. Watching the city come alive as thousands of masqueraders joined together was truly an unforgettable experience.

AM Jamboree

Although we could have stayed at J’Ouvert much longer, we had another event waiting, AM Jamboree, another highly anticipated all-inclusive experience.

This year’s theme, “Arrivals,” celebrated ancestry through three cultural influences: Native Amerindians, African Ancestors, The Garifuna Tribe

Every detail reflected the theme, from the décor and immersive photo installations to the entertainment. The fashion was equally impressive, with both the ladies and gentlemen fully embracing the theme. Everyone truly understood the assignment, arriving in beautifully curated outfits that celebrated the event’s cultural inspiration. The African tribal prints, intricate patterns, and bold designs were some of my favourite looks of the evening, although every guest brought their own unique style. With multiple themed backdrops throughout the venue, everyone took the opportunity to capture photos, creating memories while showcasing their incredible outfits.

The event featured local and regional artists, endless themed photo opportunities, multiple premium bars, and my personal favourite “the best branded cup” of the entire carnival season.

The food stations celebrated the event’s cultural inspiration with dishes including goat water, blackfish and bakes, plantains, ducana, jollof rice, fufu, and many more Caribbean and African-inspired favourites.

Once again, rain made an appearance, but in true Vincy fashion, nobody seemed to care. The music continued, people kept dancing, and the celebration never stopped. That carefree spirit is exactly what makes Vincy Mas so special.

Monday Mas – T-Shirt Band

Our final event of the day was Monday Mas, where the streets of Kingstown transformed into one giant party.

Participants purchase T-shirt band packages that include road access and various amenities depending on the package selected. Most bands are drinks-inclusive and offer both General Admission and VIP experiences.

This year, I joined Guinness’ VIP section, and the package included a branded T-shirt, fanny pack, tumbler, bucket hat, umbrella, snacks along the route, and dinner on the road.

Dancing through the streets alongside thousands of masqueraders while music blasted from every direction was the perfect way to close an action-packed Carnival Monday.

Final Thoughts

Vincy Mas 2026 exceeded every expectation I had. From premium all-inclusive events and unforgettable stage performances to vibrant street celebrations and the unmatched hospitality of the Vincentian people, every experience felt thoughtfully curated and full of life.

Whether it was dancing in the rain, enjoying incredible local cuisine, watching championship performances, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, every event offered something unique that made this carnival unforgettable.

If Vincy Mas 2026 was any indication of what’s to come, then Vincy Mas 2027 is already calling my name.

Will I be back? Absolutely.

Will I see you there?
